All those teams can not be that good either. Ole Piss will have Pete running things. Auburn meh , Tenner meh, Bama breaking in new QB , Texas and Texas A&M probably best two teams on that list if Arch continues to develop. Will be a fun year we will be a tough out.

Don't start this shite. If it happens great, but give Lane a fair shot here. His first season and our schedule is about as tough as I can remember. I'm extremely impressed with his work ethic and he is who I wanted when kelly was hired.

We can be really good, but it generally takes a couple of years to build a championship caliber team.
But, when we wax Clemson in Game 1, expectations will shoot up higher than anyone can imagine. Tv and media can make a fortune off LSU hype. They will make sure it happens.

Stupid post. People who think like this are always dissapointed. Expecting a NC based on 1 recruiting cycle is what gets good coaches fired. Getting something quick belongs at hamburger joints not football programs.

Winning 1 playoff game and being the preseason #1 is massively different. Is there pressure to win now? Yes. To win it all right now? No. But the pressure on Kiffin now is the standard expectations of LSU football. Top 10 team in the playoffs or at worst in the conversation for playoffs every single year.
