Love LSU baseball but I’m not paying $29.99 to watch 3 meaningless games in February. I pay enough already.
To some people it might be worth it and that’s what makes the world go around.

It’s not the money. It’s been a shite product that hasn’t worked two years in a row.
Who did the 23 tourney? Iirc there were issues with that one too but I don't think it was D1. Regardless, Kendall showing up and admitting they didn't strike an X streamer because their stream sucked arse is a big tell.
I know their whole thing is "it's good money for the program and it's cheaper than tickets" but if you're gonna offer a stream for a tourney and pick LSU then say "well we didn't have enough servers" then you damn well better prepare better or offer more than "here's a couple bucks off a D1 baseball sub."
I get that college ball is a niche thing but you're pulling a premier program and you're totally unprepared? Get some second rate programs for this thing. Sign Tennessee or Arkansas up, not LSU.

I had some minor issues the first year, but didn’t miss much. I haven’t had any problems since. I think one of the issues, at least the first season was their registration process got bogged down with so many people trying to register at game time. I had registered earlier that week. I don’t mind spending the $30 to watch 3 LSU baseball games.
I think it was Project who said earlier that the $30 is for their package of tournaments and their should be an option to only purchase the tournament you team is in for less. Iagree with that.

Normally I’d agree with you since the announcers usually suck as much as the stream, but Lyn and Ben said they’d “be there,” which I assume meant they’d be calling the games.
That’s enough to make me type in my cc number with my middle finger.

Assuming you're only interested in watching the 3 LSU games the cost comes to $10/game.
That's much less than what I pay per game for my baseball season tickets.
Imagine if you had to pay $10 per game to watch every LSU baseball game. Still not that much?

LSU fans overload the stream and cause it to not work.
The funny thing about boycotting it is the few people who do buy it will probably have a perfectly fine stream that works because LSU fans didn’t overload it.

I don't get the d1 baseball hate.
I’ll help you out. When the D1 stream was messing up during the LSU game a couple of years ago, Kendall Rogers came on this website and was telling people to be happy that he was trying to get it fixed because he “could be doing a million other things right now”
He also requires people to subscribe to his website in addition to being able to buy the package for the weekend. He does this in hopes that people will forget and he will continue to collect their money every month.

$10 per lsu game I think is pretty fair
So you would be ok with the paying $560 per year to watch LSU baseball’s regular season games?

You shouldn’t have to purchase subscriptions to multiple streaming services to watch your favorite team. It’s the same issue I have with the NFL as well as NCAA football. I’m tired of throwing money away. I’d rather save some of it for my next vacation. I’ll be listening to the radio feed on LSUsports.net.

He posted this as LSU fans that paid him money were unable to watch the LSU game because his company fricked up. On the 3rd day in a row. This is the first thing that really sent me over the edge. frick him.

Don’t believe the “we fixed the issue” line they will say this year.
They say it every year, every year people fall for it, and every year they come back whining

Nothing wrong with paying for the games if you want to.
Nothing wrong with a business venture that’s meant to make money either.
Comparing paying for tickets to a game to getting streaming access to watch is retarded though.

If spending 30 bucks drains your money you have bigger problems than not being able to watch some LSU baseball games...
So lots of stuff to unpackage here on why youre insanely stupid.
1. You dont understand and/or force a fake narrative that affordablity is the problem. That people are mad that they cant afford the cost. While its common sense that thats not the issue, see below for the real reason.
2. You need to understand the consumer vs product relationship. They will take any chance they can to take advantage of consumers, and havent got any issue whatsoever of taking advantage of us in the most despicable ways. Allowing that to happen hurts the consumers, and opens the door for them to continue predatory business practices that allow for competitiors to do the same. Its called voting with your wallet instead of letting yourself be bent over by these scumbags. But maybe youre into that, maybe be an AnM fan, you sound like one.
3. The fact that you not only failed to understand the situation in any complex way (when its not even a complex scenario to understand at its base), but to use it as a flex of "i can afford a 2 digit price to watch an lsu game" is so embarrassing that you need to revert to lurking and not posting. Not even the goofy OT ballers fan themselves with notebook paper fans.
I can handle stupidity, to a degree, but not arrogant stupidity. Take a break from posting, perminantly would be best.

Hearing Verge struck a deal with Brian Kelly to be announced Thursday where Brian Kelly will purchase a 3 day D1 Baseball subscription for every Louisiana citizen

We already buy ESPN.com subscriptions to watch LSU baseball now they’re just picking a one weekend to drain more money from us.
I agree in principal but no one else is stepping up to provide any streaming coverage of these tournaments.
