But nothing is lawyer said was illogical or without merit. He’s very clearly good at his job
Nothing he said was persuasive.
High profile cases often wait for a grand jury indictment.
Drivers involved in accidents are often sued even when not at fault.

It raises reasonable doubt,
That what it seems like he’s doing. The problem is he isn’t doing it in a court of law. That’s no longer relevant. Instead he’s doing it in the court of public opinion while blaming “Them” for destroying Lacy. His example is posting his mugshot. Sorry, that simply isn’t uncommon.

I don't stay at accidents if I don't cause them. Would you?
I have many times. You think the police were on the scene at that point out in the country?

To you? Maybe not. To a potential juror in a civil case? You can’t be so certain
quote:
That’s no longer relevant.
Lacy dying doesn’t make the civil lawsuit filed against him moot. His estate can and will still be sued. So yes it still is relevant what happened and who is at fault in the accident
I mean it’s pretty clear you have determined what you think happened and are viewing it from that lens, which was kind of the point his lawyer was making with his interview
quote:
His example is posting his mugshot. Sorry, that simply isn’t uncommon.
Are you aware that in many places defendants are required to have access to normal clothes in trial instead of orange prison jumpsuits? The same concept applies. When you present someone in that manner, it presents a certain picture to the jury. It paints then as a criminal prior to guilt being determined. Again, this is the point he was making in defense of his client. How common it may be is irrelevant to the point he was conveying. His point was that his client was being portrayed as guilty in the media before his day in court.

Have no idea where the police were.
I will never attempt to render aid except for calling 911 as I am driving past.
I am not a medical professional and I am like my mother was: a wuss when it comes to blood and guts. I would not be an asset but a liability.

Today was the first time I saw a local station put up his LSU head shot vs. orange prison jumpsuit.
I view that as very prejudicial since he hadn't yet had formal charges brought against him.

He wasn't.
This is exactly what the attorney was talking about. Guilty before innocent in the eyes of the mob.
I prefer to let the court system play out when I am not a witness to what happened.

This chubby ticket scalping lady is really into this story and knighting for lacy

It wasn't the social media that did Kyren Lacy in.
Very easily stated by someone who will never metaphorically shoot a gun on a field, literally perform on a field in front of thousands or be known on social media and the like, muchless destroyed by that mob and have to live with it. But hey, its not too late for you to catch a vehic homi...

How many times do non-thug people shoot their gun into the ground and lead police on a high speed chase?

He could, of course, be wrong, but the attorney said Lacy didn't actually collide with either of the vehicles. No reason to stay on the scene if that's true.
Do you truly believe this? If you wittiness a head on collision you're not going to stop and see if everyone is ok? You're not going to call 911 to report the wreck and that there are likely serious injuries that need medical assistance? You're not going to stay on the scene to give your account to the police or give the victims your contact information in case your account is needed for the police report?
Anyone who would answer yes to these questions may want to consider evaluating their values and character because they are significantly lacking in both departments.

Probably people who are threatening and later carry out a suicide

Why didn’t you reply to my post about lip reading lacy on the sidelines??
Is it because you were dead wrong?

The Houston incident was his mother trying to talk him "off the ledge" as it was a mental health crisis.
He did shoot the gun at the ground. Not at his family. Police were called to get him help. It appears that he didn't want any and was hell bent on unaliving (sic) himself.

Sorry dude.
I don't scalp tickets.
I sell for face value.
I have someone who buys my baseball tickets every year at cost and I order and sell away tickets at cost because I don't go.
Keep up the lies.

I was at the game.
He still isn't a thug and it didn't cost LSU the game. Lack of defense did.
