Loved how honest, relaxed and at times funny Lane was in that press conference. Just feels like he gets and understands LSU and the power this football program has unlike BK.

Oh no doubt. Just wondering if he would be involved in any actual coaching. Or walking the sidelines in the bowl game.
It would be rather surreal to see him on the sideline in say Tampa for an LSU bowl game with Ole Miss in Miami playing the following night in the playoffs

That was a good press conference. Made me tear up when talked about his drive past the lit up stadium and into the facilities and called Coach O feeling the vibe. I've been very annoyed with this process and the waiting but he redeemed himself. I forgive Saban for leaving us and I think this was his way of saying "sorry for how I left yall, I bring you kiffin as a olive branch."

Best thing I heard in there was how he talked about the NIL structure here. Recruiting is going to be ridiculous.
