I would like to know a timestamp. I can’t find anything else that substantiates it and I’m not watching that video lol. If someone watches it, let me know.

It’s at various times throughout. I watched the entire thing. Believe what was posted or watch it. Don’t know what to tell you. That’s what was said in many different parts of the video. Not going back to watch the whole thing again to time stamp it.

Brings up there’s no way he plays against southeastern if he was actually injured. Brings up the previous lawsuit with another player. There’s no way Kelly would’ve done that.

Wonder if this is an exaggeration based on Kelly's comments about how Nuss didn't do much throwing in Fall camp and saying how Nuss "needed the reps" vs Southeastern.

If Nuss isn't using the VR system to make himself better every week, then I am very surprised. I thought he was dedicated to making himself as good as he could be . I am very disappointed in the qb coach/oc for not demanding he spend the time and also be with him every moment. what the heck is he doing at practice if he isn't watching plays thru the VR system. That is a great reason why JB/JD became Heisman winners imo.

Burrow and Daniels basically lived at the facility in their free time during the offseason and season of their senior years. Nuss has never given the impression that he has that kind of drive. You can look at his face and see how out of shape he is compared to last season. He should’ve been in the VR training and organizing throwing sessions with his teammates this summer

Agree. If even some of this stated is true, I’m very disappointed in Nuss, ESPECIALLY knowing the money and effort that was put into building a team to win this year. Of course it’s not all on Nuss. There are other issues with the offense, but he’s #18 and is paid heavily to lead the team.

Maybe he just sucks and made his career off his last name

And who is kidding who? That last name isn’t any big deal anyhow. It’s not Manning, Favre or Elway

The guy was the SEC Player of the week against Clemson and the Heisman favorite after week 1. Did he just say screw it after that? It really doesn’t make any sense.

Last season He had pretty good pocket awareness and moved well outside of it

Not sure what you watched

That may have been the case in the ole miss game last yr, but from halftime of A&M to the Oklahoma game he was awful. Had the same unwillingness to run as well.

They prepared for the Clemson game for 3 weeks. 18 practice days dedicated to that game.

I'd love to know how Scarborough knows all this.

As would I. As much of an annoying frick as he as become, this is EXACTLY what Moscona was preaching about today. One guy who may or may not know something throws shite at a wall because the people here WANT to believe it.

When I started this thread, the upvote-downvote ratio was 48-7. Nobody wants to debate whether Scarborough is right or not, but would rather just assume he IS correct because it is too lazy and convenient to think otherwise.

What he is saying is spot on. This is exactly what I’ve heard. He refuses to use VR for whatever reason (probably bc his job was always guaranteed) and his work ethic is crap. My speculation is Kelly told him you start using VR or we bring in Van Buren.

And he’s not hurt and never really was

Hes just inconsistent. I’m not sure why everyone has a hard time wrapping their head around it. It happens. I expect him to come out against SC on fire. But after that, who knows. At least I hope he’s on fire against SC

You mean the one drive we gave the ball to the RBs?

Oh okay cause I saw him convert two 4th downs to Kyle Parker on a TD drive in the 4th quarter

On a pass that may not have even crossed the LOS and we got the first down because of Parker’s effort alone.

It means very little to pile on now. Where were these reports in August from Mike and/or Ruffino? That’s when it would actually take some courage to report. Not sure how anyone could watch him and think he’s healthy though.

Maybe Nuss is letting the money distract and damage his performance. I don’t think Daniels and certainly not Burrow had that type of distraction.

It’s definitely a different reality for these kids than it was even 10 years ago.

Who knows if it’s a beneficial one when looking at results on the field. The bank? Sure. But you can’t win games there.
