So Joe didn't do ENOUGH for LSU for you, huh? You are aware Joe has a profession now, right? And it has been 4 years since he left LSU, right? He's not that lame kid who graduates high school but still shows up to the football games in his letterman jacket for the next 3 years! Dude delivered LSU a Natty, turned LSU into a place great QBs want to come, reps LSU in press conferences, sent Jayden a message congratulating him, but you need...MORE?
Side note...year before Joe won the Heisman, I believe Kyler Murray won. Please check and see if Jason White, Sam Bradford and Baker Mayfield attended his ceremony. I'll wait here for the answer.

Maybe he didn't want to steal Jayden's thunder. After all - it's Jayden's night. It belongs to him. I'd prefer Joe stay home and heal.

No current NFL players were there. Joe is still traveling with the Bengals and going to team meetings and film sessions. Multiple times during last week’s game, TV cameras showed Joe with a tablet in his hand sitting on the bench between drives with Jake Browning going over what the defense was doing. Joe is still trying to help his team win games, even if he can’t play.
