This has been like the Rocky movies. Get near the top, get knocked down, get back up, get knocked back down. But she just keeps getting up and moving forward.

the joint venture between them and Equinor is Smackover lithium which is the 55/45 split. That allows them to partner with others for any other projects. So SLI will get 55% of the production of Smackover Lithium. Had me confused for awhile because some media was calling it Smackover Lithium before it was an actual entity.

Depending on when it was in 2021...my apologies.
But I did disclose when and why I was selling when I did, but I never abandoned ship. And I put in a $250k buy at $6.75 that stopped the Blue Orca crash and sent it back up. Come to find out, it was Canadian. I was on the deer stand and couldn't get enough signal to open my app, so I had to use the broker I initially used when it was OTC and the new kid bought in on the Canadian market.
After that letter to Pete Hegseth, I can't help but get my hopes up a little that we may be in line for a little LAC action. SLI is the superior company in all manners. I just wish I could've bought some more at $3.85. I saved some ammo for a further drop from $4.25 where I added 5003 shares, but I got busy at work and couldn't watch it.
If you wonder why I bought 5003 shares. My lucky numbers are 13, 7, and 69 That gave me 145,069 shares.

The letter to Pete Hegseth has me considering loading up another 5-10K shares..along with understanding how many eyes are following this stock and it's on the verge of something big.

I was off and watching when it hit3.85! I almost sold! Been holding mine and never sold a share! It bounced from 4 to 4.15 all day after that. I was a nervous wreck!

I was in when it went to 12 last time and then rode it down said I would never do that again so I was close to selling at 3.85 glad I didn't now!

Offering will stay open until they fill it all - we don't have direct visibility of that, but most companies usually issue another PR when the offering closes.
Price should have a strong floor at the $4.35 offering price.

I need to start buying more. My average cost is $12.08.
Edit: Just backed up the brinks truck and bought a whopping $43 worth
Will start buying a little more to get my average cost down into the $6.00 range.
