Caleb is them. Eventually they will have no choice but to accept it.

Dude last night looked ferocious on the sidelines in the first half. I wondered if he was going to stroke out, he was that fierce.

The problem is the main reason he has to make spectacular plays is only because he makes 1-2 dumbass plays in a row to routinely put them in tough positions, then some how houdinis out.

If he was just consistently good (not needing to be great), the bears would be in a better position.

Williams is weird. He’s bad enough to let a team get up on them and just good enough to have to come back and win.

Goes to show you how big of a difference coaching makes.

Saw a stat that only 4% of Caleb’s throws Saturday were at or behind the LOS. That’s the lowest in the NFL in 5 years when a QB throws 40+ times/game. Caleb and this offensive design are big play hunters and it shows in how they lead the NFL in explosive plays.

Think baseball with analytics and then Home Run vs base runner concept. That’s Ben Johnson’s philosophy. The low comp % is almost by design (Caleb has a tendency to miss some gimmes) but still.

I’ve been saying all season that he may have the best arm I’ve ever seen. Better even than Rodgers or Marino. He’s wildly inaccurate at times though. Early Josh Allen/Anthony Richardson inaccurate. He just misses throws he shouldn’t.

Theres no denying he has talent that can’t be coached. If Johnson can continue to reign him in and the accuracy gets even just a little bit better he will be very good.

The talent was always there. People doubted him because he's got sugar in the tank

I'll take the huge upside with Caleb any day. His potential might be up there with Mahomes/Brady.

Not saying he will win tons of super bowls like those two, but with Johnson it isn't a crazy thought.

I prefer order. Caleb is chaos and just freak plays. My heart can't handle this.

The most Iowa statement.
