Maybe it's just your thing, and that's ok.

Personally, I loved ever single episode of the show.

If you can't appreciate the first three episodes than you don't deserve the final six.

Yes, and it all makes sense in the end.

Because it's not a random "series" in the traditional sense; the ending was already conceived, and things tie in.

Disney/MCU is ahead of the game. They'd rather have subscribers to their streaming service than put out movies that might make $400 mil at the box office (in a normal setting), and in return the fans get 6-7 hrs of story with deeper explanation, instead of a 2 hr movie.

You're not going to understand Wanda or Vision going forward in the MCU if you skip this, as both characters are significantly changed by the end.

Someone is really proud of being a "true fan". Do you get a membership card and everything?

Studios are coming around to what WWE saw 7 years ago when they started WWE Network. Month over month subscribers at $10/month are way more important, and lucrative, than tv ratings, PPV buys (or ticket sales at theaters), etc.

whoa.... pump the breaks there.... you have to admit the first 3 episodes really drug out the story..... the show as a whole was pretty good...but greatest ever.... GMAFB.

I get people not liking the idea and setup of this series, but I found it fascinating. There's a ton of depth in each episode, and it's incredibly creepy to watch it play out and understand exactly everything going on.

Really if you didn't like the first 3 then you probably should just stop. It's not a super hero show; it's a series about the severely damaged psyche of an extremely powerful being and how she can unintentionally manipulate and harm those around her. It's not a blasting of powers type series.

With that said, I felt the ending was very uninspiring. They took the time and effort to setup a brilliant finish only to leave you with a sense of "where the hell is it." I don't want to give away anymore than that, because I don't want to post any spoilers. I have read that this was due to scheduling difficulties of the COVID era, and that the series was shortened by 1 episode. They built up to this big reveal and finale that just didn't happen.

Overall it's a very good show, and it is setting up big things in the MCU and more specifically Dr Strange.

Watch Episode 4. If you are still not interested, stop. But episode 4 is the one that would determine whether you like the rest. It changes everything, in terms of how the show goes forward. Or at least viewer perception.

That sounds like code word for "boring".

FWIW, i watched the first 2 episodes and stopped. I may pick it up, if i know it gets better.

At this point, I'm convinced that some of you are trolling.

This is the post we all should be able to agree with.

If you loved the first 3 episodes, you definitely were still in after 4.

For those of us that thought the first 3 episodes could've been executed better, but enjoyed the series as a whole, episode 4 was where we were locked in.

If you didn't like it after episode 4, I assume you didn't like the series or finish it.

but the party line is that anyone who didn’t love the first three episodes is too dim to get what they were trying to do.

This is correct. A lotta dumb people

The middle episodes get way better - first 3 sucked hard, I guess some people find sitcom hijinks and vague hints at something weird and trippy to be super smart or something.

It kinda blows the interesting momentum it created at the end though.

Honestly could have been a fantastic show with a few changes IMO

I turned it off half way through the first episode. I thought i was watching the wrong show. It ended up being one of my favorite marvel shows. It was brilliant.
