I think the biggest issue is the process. Why trade the 26 pick for the 25 pick that early on and NOT be content with a prospect at that spot. Then force yourself to into a trade again to grab Queen. It like they did it on whim. I don't mind the players but the path they took to get there is all wrong.
Kind of like the Penning/Olave draft. The process to get there was bad.

I could never be an owner of a franchise because I would be firing people so fast when decisions are made like this. That has nothing to do with the comment that he demolished the team in 6 months and as I said he might have screwed the possibility of brighter future (and for that he should be held accountable). But regarding the current status of the team he definitely tried to fix some of the holes left by Griffin.

What is there for him to answer for? This is exactly what we expected when he was hired. Poor play on the court and head scratching roster decisions off the court. The person that needs to be questioned is who hired him.
