Knicks play the Celtics, Sunday morning on ABC at 1130am

Might check it out and see how jose does. If he does what he was able to do here, there, the NY fans will love a him.

Neither. Y'all are just being emotional. I said any has a CHANCE. And that is 100% true, especially considering his ceiling is really low in the grand scheme of NBA basketball players.
No, you are being disingenuous. You said a STRONG CHANCE. Please provide facts to support that ridiculous statement.

here's some facts

Here's guys from pick 46-60 who are still in the nba making more than minimum money
Terrance Mann
Aaron Wiggins
DeAnthony Melton
Georges Niang
Isiah Joe
Sam Merrill
Paul Reed

Here's the undrafted guys
Caruso
Dorian Finney Smith
Derrick Jones Jr
Fred Van Vleet
Chris Boucher
Simone Fontecchio
Luke Kornett
Jock Landale
Kenny Hustle
Duncan Robinson
Gabe Vincent
Lou Dort
Naz Reid
Max Struss
Caleb Martin
Naji
Jose
Sam Hauser

That's 25 guys from 6 years of draft (2016-2021)
There are a handful more that are still in the league somewhat, making minimum money, like a Trendon Watford or Amir Coffey.

There's at least 50 guys between picks 46-60 and undrafted that get legit chances to make a team each year. That's 300+ guys in those 6 years, and only 25 of them made a significant enough impact that they got a decent 2nd contract. 8% chance.

Not sure about the rest of you, but 8% isn't what i would call a "strong chance".

Weaver talent identifying skills?

54 - 192 (.281 winning percentage) at Detroit

...and with moves like Queen for two lottery picks and identifying / trading for that transformation talent from Washington (Poole), he's not going to be anywhere near 'just a bad GM' any time soon; he's on a level of bad all his own.

By comparison he's made David Griffin look like a cross between Sam Presti and Pat Riley (and Griff was garbage).

Winning percentages can always be manipulated by coaching hires. They have most of the players he drafted and they are thriving.

That's the scary thing about those guys making the decisions. Their selection of coaches have been a biggest impact on their lack of success and we can he set back 5+ years if they make the wrong hire this summer.

You said strong chance, implying that its likely, which it isnt.

Any 2nd should have a strong chance of out performing an undrafted player. They are drafted that way because they have a perceived higher ceiling/ floor.

I don't think y'all realize how much you are exaggerating the overall career of a player who by 27 y/o only averages 20min/ 8pts/ 2ast/ 3reb for his career. There's undrafted players and 2nds that surpass Jose every year, it is what it is. Lets find the next young guy and not spend time on the 27 y/o mid one. The fact that we have Fears on the roster makes this conversation even more ridiculous.

You can be upset he's gone but melting like he's some important piece is actually insane.

The funny thing is that there's a strong chance ANY 19-22 y/o drafted 31-60 will end up better than Jose who already has a low arse ceiling as a career backup at 27.

Again, not your original bad argument

I thought Griffin was bad only the Pelicans could get worst.
With this organization I just don't see this team not moving elsewhere. They are beyond inept at everything.
But let's hitch our wagon to Zion he will save us.

How's Dyson looking this year?

Last I checked all of his numbers were down outside of assists and rebounds and his defense has gotten worse.

A lot better than Murray so far. Hes playing the most mins on a team in playoff contention.

And we’d still have a pick this year. Murray cost us the first that we could have used in the Queen trade.

Will be real fun handing over another top ten pick to the Hawks next year too once the Freak is traded. That’s when the trade will really get ugly. Been a complete disaster like this franchise.

They're a team with a losing record and him being better than a guy that is recovering from a torn Achilles being your main argument is pathetic

How many games are the Pels under .500? Remind me.

Pretty sure you wanted to keep Hawkins over DD. How many mins is he getting on this juggernaut?

My main argument is DD was the best wing defender in the league last year. And the trade helped kick off the mess Dumars just put us in. The cherry will be what pick we end up giving the hawks next year.

Pivoting as usual. Dyson is having a bad year and you refuse to admit it.

Yes lets joke about how the player averaging 24pts/ 6reb/ 4ast a game won't save us while melting in a thread about how the guy averaging 8pts/ 3reb/ 3ast will save us. Jose is 2 years older than Zion.

The only thing worse than players like Zion being out are replacing them with career bench players who will never ever move the needle for us. Sorry but its true.

Why would we replace our hurt players with potential future starters when we can replace them with players we know will never even be a starter? Y'all don't want to be the joke of the NBA and yet y'all say shite that confirms why we are the joke of the NBA.
