Shoughs interception dropped him to behind Dart for OROY odds by Vegas.

We probably had to win yesterday but still kinda crazy especially with the egg game Dart had the week before.

Recency bias much? Did I just dream that Dart and the Giants turned it over 5 or 6 times against us with Dart fumbling and throwing picks multiple times? Tyler never had a performance close to being that bad all year.

Bill Barnwell dropped his Awards column on ESPN and he ranked Dart over Shough partly due to "Shough's rough game against the Falcons."

Yeah, the voters will probably pick Dart because he plays in a big market
Forget that Dart and the Giants didn't even beat the Saints
And also forget that they finished with one of the worst records in the league but whatever
Probably some of those same people that would vote for him are probably the same people that write how horrible their offense and the rest of their team looked all year too

Jokes on them. Everyone knows that Ward is clearly the best QB from this draft class and will be 1st team all-rookie while clearly being statistically behind both Shough & Dart.
In all seriousness, the fact that Shough is even in the running for OROY while only play 1/2 the season, was not considered a top 5 QB in the draft by the media and plays for a small market team is incredible.

He played well outside the interception. I think he only had one bad throw all game. The guy made an excellent read on the pick and it paid off. Juwan Johnson and the make a wish receivers dropped 4-5 balls.

Doesn't matter.
Shough should be considered for the RoY and Moore should be considered for CoY but neither will.
Both exceeded expectations by a much greater margin that any other QB or HC.

The DB wasn't even reading. Atl KNEW what play was coming and you can see Alford bait man with a step inside and no hesitation jump to the outside.
Shough read it properly for the timing of the throw and Alford's inside step and put it where it would have been needed, but that was the 6th time we ran that play that game, so it falls far more on Moore (though the plan was likely shortened by the players we had to get up to speed).
Also, I don't believe Johnson had a drop (but did have the costly fumble), and outside of Austin who dropped 3 or 4 I don't think anyone else had a drop. Maybe 1 other I may have overlooked?

Don't forget to mention that the offense was hit hard by injuries and he was throwing the ball to second string/third string/and PS WRs.
