“DeRidder hot” doesn’t really mean “Hot.”

in any parish south of Caddo and straight down the western border to Calcasieu parish, "hot" is usually synonymous with skank
ETA: and in her case that's spot on

I’m really struggling to understand this situation with white women.
Is it being drawn to teens with super high testosterone?
Is it validation?
Is it trying to relive high school as a popular girl?
I understand chasing the gym chad but why a 16 year old? Makes zero sense.
I think with most of them there is probably a pattern of self destructive behavior, mental illness, personality disorders, etc. that are the result of some type of childhood trauma. These women are not rational, well adjusted people. Adult women preying on teen boys has probably been happening for decades, but social media and cell phones have made it all much more difficult to keep secret.
I have a former friend who had 2 kids in her early 20s, their dad OD'd and died, she married a decent guy and then cheated on him, got divorced, then had an affair with a married man who is now divorced. She's constantly getting evicted from rental houses, changing jobs, etc. But she's very pretty and personable. She talked about working as a substitute teacher at a high school one day and my first thought was "oh shite, she's going to hook up with a student and end up on the news."

You do know that they collect a commission on your policy every payment you make, right?
The more policies you accumulate, the more you make. It's the slow steady burn.
My bil owned an independent agency in a small town and he was making $250000 20 years ago.
My farm bureau agency manager retired last year after 34 years making $450000/yr. The company sold his book to three brand new agency mgrs and two additional agents because they didn't think any one person with that many accounts would be hungry enough to grow.
Neither of those men had college degrees.

You're stupid if you don't understand what some of those who own the agencies make. He also owns the whole office complex where his office is. Just trust me that he and his family aren't hurting. Especially considering how cheap living in DeRodder is.

and try to act out their fantasies and exercise their demons.
Not trying to give her unwarranted credit. She should go to jail if she’s guilty.

There is really no one right answer. That said, and this is admittedly painting with a pretty broad brush, for most women sex is often preceded by an emotional connection. For men...not so much. For men its often as simple as: see hot woman...want to immediately have sex with hot woman....no emotional connection wanted or needed.
You have a woman in her late 30's/early 40's. Society says she's "past her prime". She probably feels the same way too. That creates a lack of self esteem. She feels less desirable than she once was.
Then comes in a teenage boy. He looks at her has the hot woman she no longer feels she is. The attention makes her feel good. It makes her feel confident. It makes her see herself like she did when she was 23 instead of 43. It's not like she initially saw the 16 year old gym chad and immediately said "I want to jump on that". But that emotional attraction because of the way he makes her feel about herself starts to become physical/sexual attraction. Next thing you know you are doordashing Plan B pills (new thing learned today. I though doordash was just for food)
Kind of like Chris Rock said. Women need food, water, and compliments. Guys don't need compliments. Guys just need a woman to be willing. That woman also being hot is preferred...but not always required.

I think you are correct grammatically and I was correct functionally

If nothing else is this not the dumbest thing imaginable?
We're talking about a mayor in a small town, probably known by everyone who could possibly pick up that order and shes gonna door dash a plan B?
That alone tells me shes either dumb or so emotionally driven as to be self destructive.

This seems plausible as well, probably depends on the particular female pedo as well.
Humans do ugly stupid stuff to try to chase dopamine, the amount of money men I know have lost on 15 minute affairs with some young hot woman who just wanted a promotion is insane.

Where is she now? Like which school exactly? Do you have a photo? I just want to make sure my kids don’t EVER go there.

Thankfully, she didn't go through with becoming a sub teacher. She works elsewhere now, NOT for the school system.

Maybe 60 minutes needs to do a piece on this topic. Because we really don't know why this happens over and over. I have an idea, but I'd like to hear them talk about it. Maybe that YouTube channel Soft White Underbelly could cover it.
