That was a way for dems to get fed funding for all of their pet projects under the cover of "infrastructure". Almost none of that money is actually allocated to infrastructure.
I'd vote to pass an infrastructure bill tomorrow as long as there was nothing else in it.

Its a drawbridge, designed to be lifted for boat traffic. Must be some kind of mechanical failure, not expansion joint failure like so many have speculated.
