People like her have some body dismorpia issues. She looks like a completely different person in some pictures and a life sized doll in others. Her photos look more professional so she probably looks completely different in real life without the massive amount of airbrushing.
The Colombian girl, being it social media and all, has some of that going on of her on but not to a freakish extent.
