i would love to know the average time in the hospital, and how many hospitalizations were for less than 12 hours, like my idiot neighbor.
The media and our idiot politicians in this state, on top of the plethora of idiot citizens spreading fear have scared other idiots so much so that they will go to the hospital the second they feel the slightest bit sick and have tested positive for Covid, strictly out of fear, and if there are beds at the hospital available, and they have insurance, i'm sure they are admitted. It's how a hospital makes money. Take in the everyone you can, get to near capacity, when more serious patients come in, get rid of those that didn't really need to be there and keep the beds near max capacity at all times.
and i'm not saying there aren't real hospitalizations out there, or that this isn't serious, but honestly, how many people show up to the hospital and are admitted that could have stayed home and rode it out with zero problem?
