2-3 uses.

Washed in hot water afterwards.

Don’t scrimp on quality either.

I'm taking saunas after workouts, so I'm already dirty.

Yes, they usually get reused 3-5x then swapped for a freshie.

I have a 3yo and an 8mo old - laundry is already a Sisyphean task without a towel load every 1-2 days.

Anyone who uses a new towel every single time just likes doing unnecessary loads of laundry

Wash them every weekend. So about 6-7 times.

The confusion comes from reusing the dirty towel that is far more of a breeding ground for nasty organisms than a shower towel.

Wash cloth one per day. Drying towel 2 day maximum.

Like Duece, I use a towel for a week, or until my gf removes it to be washed. I don’t think that is infamous, as you are clean whenever you dry off after a shower.

I use mine for a month or so.

I'm clean when I get out of the shower, it just dries water.

Clean.
Use.
Hang dry.
Use.
Clean.

That's our routine.

I figure when I take it off the hook and can stand it up by itself on the floor it’s time to make a swap.

I'll probably reuse about 3-5 times, then I'll switch it up. My wife thinks that is gross, and she never reuses a towl. Personally, I think that is wasteful.

Perhaps there is a middleground somewhere.

I guess they all run around with unwashed, smelly asses? Or are they sticking their hands up there, raw dog style?

Remember, they usually have a bidet.
But then do you wash the shite off the bidet towels daily?

That's a totally different thread.
