She's definitely too thin. If she had always been naturally very thin and looked otherwise healthy it wouldn't be a big deal, but she's never been this thin her whole life and all her bones are sticking out, looks extremely unhealthy and unnatural.
She's probably on some sorta weight loss drugs or something.
