Recent College Graduates Are Stupid In The Workplace

Older college grads think recent graduates are idiots and no other context? SO nothing any different than what's been going on for the last 50 years at least? Thanks for the heads up.

you know what I mean, everything requires an iPad, we’re pretty much paperless, which is not a good thing when going to the restroom

I've never understood the hate for using Google. If you work in IT and don't immediately Google an issue you're having I assume you are not very good at problem solving.

I’m a highly certified network engineer and I googled 3 things today installing a 40 gig firewall.

In front of the customer as well. It’s not a knock.

I don’t know what you are talking about. Me and her went to graduation and they gave she and I a diploma.

Then us went home and seen it on my sisters iPhone.

So that proves that I am an alumni from a University and that I learned good.

Unfortunately, every error on this post is used often on these boards.

Kids today are not taught how to people. They interact only with screens

This is just the latest take of generational bias coming from the “Get Off My Lawn” crowd. It’s timeless.

That's actually not that surprising. What're you using carbon paper for?

Who doesn’t use this?

Hell papers you sign at the university are on carbon paper. If you get any deliveries at all, have any repair an maintenance, lawn care, pest control.

shite the pest control guys that come to my house leave a carbon copy of the work performed.

A couple of years ago, had a college intern put an address on an envelope on one line. When confronted, he got defensive and said “Why would I need to know how to address an envelope?!” Wellll, the return address on the front of the envelope kind of gives you the guidance.

Only time I still run into carbon paper is for court notices. All of the services you just listed send me an email invoice.

Young coworker uses emojis in work phone texts. I don't really mind it but I could see how it could be construed as unprofessional.
