My Wife's grandmother used to uber all the time. It allows them independence. Its really rather affordable, considering they don't have to own a vehicle or insurance and most people 80+ aren't exactly driving around town. Just a handful of trips a month really.
It was probably not convenient to pick her up because they weren't home and coming from the other direction or something. But they could easily take her home.

Heard someone who is a higher up ex-leo talking about the sheriff this morning. Sounds like he's got a bad reputation for retaliating against people and something about him grounding their only helo pilot recently, which led to them not having a bird in the sky immediately after the kidnapping.
Don't know how true it is, but he claimed to have spoken with many officers around that area.

Pima County Superior Court judge Kyle Bryson announced the results of the General Election recount for the office of Pima County Sheriff, which was won by Democrat incumbent Chris Nanos.

The timeline on that photo makes it seem possible, but not likely. To get from where that photo was taken to the crime scene he would’ve had to make a dash there and get suited up.
And I kind of feel like the guy in the Guthrie case was planning out his job and not out rattling other gates shortly before he got Nancy.

The tech has gotten much better at this. It used to be hit or miss whether they’d even adjust for DST. Cloud recording changed the game too because the file creation time there can be matched against the time stamps in the video.

Yeah, seems nearly impossible, even if the times are off by 5 min.... Drive 5 miles, park car somewhere down street, put on all your gear, mozy up to the door very demure... all inside of 18 min.
Like I said earlier. Doesn't mean this guy isn't connected to the guy at Gurthries and they were out burglarizing and when that one went bad, this is the get away guy. Would explain why similar backpacks. They bought them together for their shenanigans.
Plus, if you go look at the non-blurred video, this guy looks nothing like what we are assuming the masked guy looks like. Different eybrows, the mustache doesn't match, and this guy looks more heavy set.

I wonder if those time stamps are accurate? Some of the hundreds of "experts" on the various news shows are suggesting they may not be accurate and the FBI can determine that

I bet they used that tent to cover up putting men of various heights and weights in front of a newly installed camera to come up with a better suspect description.
