Wake up to piss maybe once per night, sometimes make it all the way through.
No meds, do whatever I did when I was age 30, just not as vociferously.
Good diet, lotsa aerobic exercise and good genes. Some luck but also a lot of work on my part.

Hell, I say ma'am and sir to my 1yr and 3yr old grandchildren.
I say it to the person at the grocery, the chick fil a, the delivery person...
It's manners and good manners are ageless.
This is me, I say it to everyone. On the flip side I have ever really felt comfortable being called Sir.
As far as signs that you are old. Not being able to do things as easily as you once could or not as fast.
