As far as the original question, i vastly prefer being alone to having to be constantly exasperated and frustrated with someone else’s BS…. Others might think it’s worth dealing with that stuff in order to not be alone.. i would strongly disagree, but either way, we just all like different things and we all have different levels of tolerance for other people’s crap .. Haven’t read thru all nine pages so maybe already mentioned but being alone is far better than *feeling* alone while in a relationship, ive had that experience too .. end of the day, we all come into this world alone, we will all leave alone.. you absolutely *must* figure out a way to enjoy your own company or you’re going to be doomed & miserable and along the way you will put up with a lot of unneccasry crap from people that you dont need to .

In all honesty, you keep hinting at committing suicide. That’s a problem. You literally have a baby to take care of.
I don’t know if you are hinting at for attention or not, but assuming you are seriously considering suicide, you need to talk to a professional as soon as possible.

he had a thread on the help board earlier tonight asking for his account to be deleted...the thread is now gone, and he's not online...idk if that means his account was deleted, or if he changed his mind...if he's still reading this thread, you have given good advice...i don't think posting so much of his personal business on here was doing anything positive for him...i certainly hope he's being honest and upfront with his therapist about the negative thoughts he's having, but i feel like he might not be doing that...hence, posting here about it all...

Once you realize that there's a 70/30 problem in this country, you'll feel better. As of 2018, 71% of people 18-34 were unmarried. That's double what the rate was in 1978.
The bottom 70% of each gender 18-34 think they deserve someone in the top 30%. Instead of "settling", they stay unsatisfied and either never get married or get a former 30%er on the secondary market after they've popped out a few kids.

If he wants to feel even better than that, he should take the advice someone else mentioned a few posts up, and go to Asia or South America or a number of other places that aren’t America …. An average middle aged white American guy can take (an admittedly brutal 25 hour or longer) flight and when he gets off the plane, he is automatically in the top 20%, if not higher.. even a complete loser in America can go to other countries and automatically be top 40%, they just see skin color and perceived wealth.. oh and they also see your height, even the average OTer who is 5’7” with a jacked up truck in America will be perceived as ‘tall’ by foreign chicks … the women will treat you very well and i promise you will never want to go back home .
