This was me until two thanksgivings ago. Decided to smoke a couple of turkey breast and completely changed my outlook on thanksgiving turkey. Have not attempted a whole bird but the breast only took a couple of hours and were delicious.

If I'm invited to a crawfish boil, I'll eat it and enjoy it. Most of all I appreciate the host and all the cost and effort involved.

That said, I decided years ago I'm never paying for boiled crawfish again. I'll pay for a bisque, etoufee, enchilada or whatever, but not boiled.
