Chicken fricassée.

I always knew the dish as stewed chicken, but I really like the word fricassée!

I like mine with some sauterne wine (whatever white wine I have on hand! ??).

pizza lunchables and sweet tarts. maybe some frozen mozzarella sticks if I feel like actually cooking

Grilled chicken thighs, hamburgers, spaghetti & meat sauce. Kids foods bc I don’t want bitchin when they are home from school.

Black bean soup I soaked the beans overnight drained then I with olive oil onion little bit of garlic and pancetta that salty bacon and some olive oil and then to thin it out and run it through again chicken stock and then water I had pan seared some sausage and some chicken dropped it in in large chunks so well the sausages were whole and the chicken was cutting this large chunks so kept the moisture in

letting the sweet stuff simmer

gonna make biscuits


and i have cupcake from 5 brothers and Cider and Bailys

Chicken pot pie soup today. MIL has GERD, so I couldn’t add any butter/heavy cream, but it still turned out pretty good. Boil cauliflower with celery/onion until tender, blend until smooth, add a bag each of frozen peas, corn and green beans and some smoked chicken thighs.

Gumbo tomorrow for NFL. Maybe smoke a tri-tip on Monday.

I cooked orange chicken and fried chicken. The orange sauce takes awhile to cook down but its delicious.
