Around 52 hours. Back in my younger days I went to work then went out drinking. Went back to work and went out again after. Then crashed after that.

I think while working in South Dakota- mid winter. Went to work on Wednesday and I think I went to bed sometime on Saturday. We derailed the facility train while loading one of the cars. Abd we were so exhausted we didn’t give a crap.
It’s was criminal to work that work long

I keep picturing the redhead band camp girl from American Pie answering this question…. “One time, when I smoked meth..”

Probably the 4-5 days after Katrina

Damn that’s some serious sleep deprivation. What were those days following that 6-7 day period like? I don’t think I have a condition since my episodes are much shorter in duration
I often go 3 days with no sleep but the 6 day was difficult to remember. I do recall falling asleep at work during the days after because it's like my body was trying to make up for what it lost

Worked 48 hours straight one time. Never again. That takes a toll on you.

Low 40s with no sleep.
I've gone much longer with very little sleep - a week with 8 or less, etc.

Me and a friend watched the Jerry Lewis telethon beginning to end one year. So about 30 hours.

Used to pull all nighters regularly in college. One week slept 2 hours on Wednesday night and stayed up Thursday night. Drove home for the weekend. Couldn’t sleep Friday night because I was so wired. When I finally went to sleep Saturday about noon, I slept until about 10:00 Sunday morning. I was early 20’s then.

I’ve never gone more than a full 24 hours. The worst I’ve done, several times, is traveling back from Europe and adding that seven hours to my normal 17 hour day.

24, my wife’s family used to be adamant on driving overnight to Disney World for Disney trips (to beat the traffic). After the third time doing it, I got sick again with sore throat on day two and three of the trip and I told her I’m never driving overnight again, and don’t ask… I need my sleep. Lack of sleep is a recipe for me to get sick real fast.

Flying back from India I was awake for the better part of 36 hours.
As a kid I would routinely stay up all night and go to sleep the next night.
If I am not in bed by 9:30 now I am damn near useless the next day.

Planned 3 day Duck hunt camping trip turned ugly with horrific storm off the gulf. 1.5hr boat ride to get to the lease. Temps dropped to 20 degrees. Storm pulled water out of the marsh and boats were beached. We ended up staying out there 5 days. Didn't sleep the first 36 hours. Once weather broke we were able to catch some fish from oyster mound we camped on and made coffee. Tides rolled in at 3am on day 5 and we packed up and got out of there.
No ducks killed. Breakfast bars and chips for 2 days. Black drum, catfish, and couple rabbits for the next few days. Cell phones didn't work til day 3. Great story but I don't want to live through it again.

~48 hours or so a few times flying back and forth to perth. between not being able to sleep on planes and the time difference, it messes me up for a few days.

Probably ~55 hours. I think when I finally went to sleep I slept for 15 or 16 hours, which of course just screws your sleep cycle all up again.
This was when I was 13 or 14 years old. Went home with a buddy from school on Friday and stayed up all night doing teenager shite, then went right into the day saturday and did it again. Lots of mountain dew involved i'm sure. By the time I got home Sunday I was so out of it I was basically speaking gibberish at the dinner table and nodding off. My parents thought I was on drugs.

Strangely, I think the last 3 hours were not being able to get to sleep…

Woke up one Wednesday morning around 6AM to go to work. Didn't go to bed until I got back home Friday evening. 3 days of hellacious firefighting. I slept until Saturday afternoon.

Close to 96 hours. My husband was in the hospital with one condition that begat another that begat another and so on. He was having hallucinations, on meds that made him continually need “cleaning up”, trying to get up while being hooked to all kinds of machines, severe heart complications, encephalopathy, etc etc. I had absolutely no help at all. I cannot tell you what all went on and how absolutely horrible it all was. And I cannot believe he lived. I have no idea how I was able to do it.

I was an LH office engineer for Baker Hughes GOM. I would occasionally run liner jobs in the gulf when we were short on field hands. Those GOM liner jobs could go for several days after picking up liner. Most times I could catch naps, but not always.
Where did you work at?
