Man, frick that bridge. I’m not one usually bothered by heights but the one time I drove over that bridge it freaked me out a little.
It’s not the height that bothers me about the Lake Charles bridge so much as the fact that it looks like it could collapse under its own weight at any moment

All have already been posted here
Favorite bridges driven over:
Golden Gate
Astoria-Megler
Ravenel and James Island Expressway (while not as high and pretty the scenery while driving is better)
Sydney Harbor
Coronado Island
Bixby
On the list for future:
Mackinac
Chesapeake Bay
That huge Viaduct in France
Honorable mention - the Basin Bridge where it opens up to the flooded marsh; unfortunately the rest of that piece of shite knocks it down

Puente Nuevo
Ronda, Spain
390' drop to the river below. Bridge was built in 1793.
There is a chamber above the central arch that was used for a variety of purposes, including as a prison. During the 1936–1939 civil war both sides allegedly used the prison as a torture chamber for captured opponents, killing some by throwing them from the windows to the rocks at the bottom of the El Tajo gorge
First two pictures are pictures taken by me.
Ronda was also where the modern form of bull fighting was created by the Romero family

Cape Cod lift bridge over Buzzard's Bay
Picture does not do it justice. We went out to it when my family lived in Newport, RI.

It blows my mind that the guy who designed this was one of the top engineers for the Golden Gate Bridge.
There's a lot of stupid out there, but pride can be even more dangerous
