You sound hangry. Try a muffin

You lose a lot of credibility here. Sit next to that drive at any point in the day and the same stat will hold true.

The United States has a self-control issue. Food, drugs, alcohol, sex, cheating, gambling, laziness, on and on and on. You can eat breakfast as long as you moderate eating for the rest of the day, that’s the problem. Oh, and not exercising.

Because it's fricking fast food.
Nothing wrong with eating a good healthy breakfast.

We eat dinner early at 5pm. So usually a small breakfast for us otherwise I’m really hurting for something by 1030.

The problem isn't breakfast, it's the food. Some of you need to layoff 2 McGriddles and hash browns.

I invite anyone to listen to Fasting For Survivial By Dr Jamnadas. It makes a lot of sense. He makes this point in his lecture.

I’m 5’11 and was 220 through my 20s and finally had enough in my early 30s. Read everything I could and no bro science. I wanted to know the science behind weight loss and food.
Got down to 170 and Ive stayed within 2-3 lbs for 15 years. Learned so much and how once you figure out your calorie needs, it’s like a money budget. That’s how much you have to spend that day. Doesn’t matter how or what time.
Our ancestors didn’t sit down at 8/12/ and 5 to eat meals. They ate when they found food. I haven’t eaten breakfast in years but to each is own
I hit my protein and fiber target for the day and fill in the calories as I see fit between lunch and dinner and it suits me.
Most people underestimate calories by a ton anyways

It may not be as simple as "It’s calories in vs. calories out." because all calories are not the same.
A carb calorie takes , let's say, one heat calorie to burn
A protein calorie takes ten
A fat calorie might take 50.
Also our bodies are more efficient burners of glucose in the morning and much less efficient at dinner time. (This from studies where the same foods were fed at different times, and the breakfast crew gained no weight, the dinner crew added pounds .)

Mid morning Protein and fiber snack.
Thats all you need. Dont eat before work. And make it protein loaded like at 10am.
Eggs works in any form. Thats it.

Ideally, you need protein in the morning. You should eat something. High protein yogurt, mixed with protein powder, and some creatine is a great way to start the day. 2 cups of coffee between 7 AM and noon. Chug a large water when you wake up. Sip another one throughout the morning until noon.
