Hey pal you're definitely wrong about the people on carnivore looking like shite. I know I look great and most of the people I know of on the carnivore diet look great. I know that I'm also one of the fastest people on a track especially for my age right now. So I'm doing pretty good. I don't know why you would say such a thing, and I wouldn't want to assume why. Because that's just not true.

I make my husband one egg and an English muffin every morning. I don't eat until lunch. Waking up and eating isn't pleasant. But I don't drink coffee either.

I challenge you to sit next to a McDonald's drive-thru between 7-9 am. 90%+ of the drivers going through that line will be obese.

Whatever brought you to this conclusion? Groundbreaking!

The word is literally "break fast" as in you've fasted for X hours while sleeping.

Which is 1000x better than not exercising and skipping breakfast

Not needing breakfast at all, and not needing a fricking sausage and cheese sandwiches between 2 syrup injected pancakes w a side of fried potato are 2 different things.

Yes we in most cases need breakfast. No that breakfast probably should be 800-900 calories

I live on a farm. Breakfast and midday dinner are big meals. Supper is a much lighter meal. The size and timing of meals matches the expenditure of energy.

Strange. I wouldn't think being a fluffer would be that demanding. Glad you got out of that biz though.

Is that what you call the guy that lifts your stomach up so you can piss?

No I wasn’t one of those.

It all depends.

If I'm up early I get hungry earlier and I won't make it to lunch without being snappy. If I sleep in, then I will wait until lunch.

This morning I was up at 4:30. Can't go 8 hours so I ate some oatmeal before heading out.

Speak for your self.

Folks like myself, hypoglycemic, definitely need breakfast, if we are expected to do manual labor.

Very true.. I do a lot of intermittent fasting throughout the year and I’ve turned breakfast into more of a treat than a regular meal. Mainly because I love breakfast foods.

But yeah a lot of people would benefit from skipping breakfast … Bit they also can’t eat like complete shite during the eating window.
