Dam. I. I noticed nobody was catching any fish on the “guide’s” boat and all his “clients” seemed to not want any part of his BS. I think he needs to find a less stressful job. Like golf. Oh hell no. Enough nuts in golf courses too. I suggest he go into professional boxing.

Man this is great news! Ole Brock isn’t a stranger to jail and just added another arrest to his nice rap sheet.

F that. He needs to spend a good while in jail.

But first the kid should start off with, "Look at me. Look at me"

Not a kid. Handled the incident well despite the cringy use of the word/term 'bro'. But he is 22 years old, after all. Were the folks invading Normandy referred to as kids? Again, he IMO handled it very well getting approached by an absolute boat load of dipshats (except for the use of the term or phrase bro - JFC). But at the end, pulling the kid card was extra cringey - as when do you think you are not a 'kid'? That being said, he handled the incident well and the absolute total law should be directed towards the boat filled with absolute dickwids.

Does anyone even READ what they post beforehand? State charges - overkill at that - not federal.
Quit calling the 22 year old who Captain Insano went off on a kid…he’s a full grown dude and sounded like a damn pussy.
Freaking victim culture of America.

I’m almost 50 and when I was 20 we thought we could take on a whole boatload of 40yr old old farts!!!
Xbox has definitely softened them.

So you I take it are thinking that this incident was not a big deal. USCG and FWC about to comment - and not just 'State' charges. I suspect USCG is going to go in hard, and rightfully so. Overkill? It is one thing about the young man and most of the media using the term kid. But it is another take to think this incident should not result in the instigator being off the water for a very extended time. Overkill? Are you defending the actions of absolute dickwads? Seems like it.

22yo is definitely not a "kid", but that's not the problem here. It's the psychopath that's been arrested 12 times, yes an actual dozen times, before this rage incident. He is a literal POS and should never be operating a boat again, especially with unknowing customers aboard. It's amazing he hasn't killed anyone to this point or boarded the wrong boat like that and been killed himself.

Here we go with the emotionalism …I didn’t defend nor justify anything Captain Insano did but alas, emotional types such as yourself can’t just make a counterpoint…you have to throw out some non-sequitur emotional accusation wrapped in a supposed question.

Whatever 'emtionalism' as you call it seems to be coming from you defending clear as hell asshats that were clearly in the wrong. Am guessing you are of that same ilk. An entitled entity folks try to avoid but have to put up and deal with on the water or public land.

Lighten up Francis. The only reason I referred to him as a kid is because the poster/JOKE I replied to called him a kid. I have 2 “kids” almost twice the boy’s age.

“Defending”??? Where did I defend any of the clowns in this circus? Nowheres, yet facts don’t matter to Karens such as yourself and the other 5 morons who upvoted you.

Cancel culture is digging up a tweet someome made when they were in high school and trying to ruin their life 15 years after the fact.
Holding someone accountable for a crime they committed present day isn’t cancel culture. Especially when they have a history of anger and violence, as evidenced by him being arrested multiple times previously for battery

Ok tough guy
22yo = college age with no real job yet = kid to me.
He knows he sounded like a pussy and that's why he was reluctant to share the video.

Same here. Then again, at 20 we walked into the Outrigger on Grand Isle and thought we could take on a boatload of insane acting 40 yr old farts and got our dicks knocked in the dirt.
