Oil is fungible, and the world oil supply just took a massive hit. Product shortages will ensue and crack spreads are going through the roof.
Unless exports are halted, WTI is connected to the world (it's also embedded in Brent)

There's no way to end this though. Not without hundreds of thousands of troops and even that would take six months of build-up. This is going to cause a real 1930's-style Depression. Printing money won't produce fuel out of thin air.
