This has nothing to do with Trump or loyalty to any politician. You want make this a MAGA matter when it is not.

This video doesn’t make the Trump agenda wrong, it only shows that this one ICE agent made a mistake that cost the life of a mother.
No, the video shows that the mother made a mistake that cost her her life.

They'll conjure up something. ...but it doesn't matter, because Feds are conducting the investigation.

He is supposed to be standing there. You are poorly informed.

Did her ghost visit you, and tell you that she wasn't??
You Monday morning QBs on this are a bunch of loons. As if in the split moment you know what you would do. Smfh.

There’s a very clear picture of the bullet hole in the front of the windshield, drivers side.
You see what you want to see because you’re a mentally ill leftist fig.

Agreed… SHE was trying to kill him with her vehicle.

Anyone saying that officer was fearful of his life is blinded by politics.
He was rammed by a car on duty 7 months ago and dragged 300 feet by an illegal immigrant trying to evade.
Respectfully, and without any political blindness, it seems pretty plausible he would fear for his life as another vehicle is two feet from him and accelerating.

there is no need to “spin” anything in that photo, because it does not depict the location of either the vehicle or the officer at the time of the shooting.

Anybody know how the Democrats are going to spin this picture?

No need to spin THAT picture. It was taken 8.3 seconds BEFORE the actual murder was captured on live video?

If it had been fired from the front of the hood, it would never have hit the driver.
However, it did hit the driver, because it was fired from a position to the left of the hood, indicating that the officer was “clear of danger“ when he fired that shot.

When a cop pulls the trigger, he's trained to keep pulling the trigger until the target is neutralized. That's why his firing into her open window matters zero.
So in your opinion the immigrations officer's intention was to kill the woman as she was driving away and the officer was not in danger. We are saying the same thing.

This is where you lost me. I watched the video. It was clear that she was trying to leave the scene, not run him over. Does an officer have the legal right to shoot someone leaving the scene? That’s the question, but saying that she was trying to run him over is disingenuous
It doesn't matter that your opinion sitting on your computer in the comfort of your home is that she was trying to leave the scene. It isn't a fact.
These are the facts that you and your ilk continue to ignore (either because you're stupid, disingenuous, or both):
1. She harassed ICE officers all day prior to this incident and parked her car in the middle of the road.
2. She disobeyed several lawful orders
3. She reversed her vehicle after these lawful orders.
4. She then drove her vehicle in the direction of an ICE officer striking the officer.
She's dead because she's a dumb arse brain washed liberal that didn't listen.

taken before the car started moving. By the time the car started moving forward the officer was already to the side and out of the way
nope - the tires on the car have rotated to the right from the way they were when the car motion started - that is why the officer appears more in line with the car's path than what the final path turned out to be. The officer began drawing his pistol as the car was coming directly at him.
The tires had been pointed leftwards when the forward motion started. She began steering to the right as she was speeding forward to get away from the police.
What her "intent" was is of no consequence to the interpretation of her actual ACTION in the moment of decision making. The officer reasonably thought he was going to be hit by the car.
period.

The woman should be in jail,
Well...based on video and photographic evidence, it looks like the ICE officers around her vehicle were trying to do just that, arrest her and put an end to her continual interference with federal officers performing their legal duties.
Then, she decides to use her vehicle as a weapon to help evade arrest.

That's some damn good Monday morning quarterbacking.
The problem with this, and even actual sports incidents, is that slow motion video allows us to view the action at a MUCH slower speed that it was happening, with our brain still running at real speed. It creates the illusion that there's plenty of time to observe, decide, and act, at that slow motion speed.
But there isn't. shite happens so fast that instinct, reflex, and training are running your body, not that hyper focused real speed brain that's slowed everything down to a frame by frame reality.
But in the end, the irrefutable truth is this, if the lady had complied to law enforcement orders and put the car in park and exited the vehicle, she'd be alive today.
Or, go back a step; if she had peacefully protested on the side of the road like her wife instead of trying to interfere in a legal ICE operation, she'd be alive today.
She was cosplaying as a social justice warrior, and she found out.

The videos I've seen don't show him being struck, and he walked away with no injuries. Even if he was grazed, he shot while the car was driving away from him.
