You and I agree on essentially nothing. However, as a small employer (38 FT), I would sign up for that every day of the week. Cut off the faucet and that shite would dry up.

DOA, and it's immoral due to the specified purpose. Won't ever get to the floor for a vote.

Pelosi objected. Apparently she feels we can't be taking money away from those poor cartel operatives. The money is for the Mexican chidren and the rest to fund abortions in Mexico.

That would give Trump and Ted Cruz a win... The progs will go all out to try and stop that. My question is why would anyone be against this?

Sorry if this has already been answered but I wasn't going to read every page to catch up. Does anyone know how much money we typically seize from drug cartels per year?

If this is a significant number then I say the GOP should sweeten the deal by suggesting that we use moneys seized from these drug cartels in the future (after funding the wall is complete) to help pay for education/food subsidies etc for immigrants who come through the boarder legally. Then how could dems reject such an offer?

I mean this would also help defer the cost of things we as tax payers have to foot the bill for as it pertains to new immigrants.

Ok so a quick "Google" of my question above suggest that the cartels move about $110 billion a year through our southern border!

Looks like the way just got 10 foot higher!

Brilliant. Can’t wait to see what grounds the left digs up to dispute this one

I'm not against folks coming in if they do it the right way. I get what your saying but I don't think we can base letting folks in on if they are poor, middle class or wealthy.

What i'm against is folks who are willing to break the law to cross our borders. Because if you have folks willing to break one law then chances are that most of them would be willing to break others. Examples include but are not limited to....Murder, rape, burglary, dealing drugs, battery, etc

I love this, because it removes the "out" of "I don't want to fund this because Trump said Mexico would pay for it."

Lack of information, including:

-What's the tradeoff, meaning what is being done with the cartel seizures today

-what are the future seizure "revenue" estimates?
