My parents took in a Cuban family in the early 60`s and through our church helped them get on their feet and start a business. I remember the great cookouts at their place! Awesome in-ground pig cooked with banana leaves.

Stupid. One of the few moves Obama made that I agreed with. Why some of our "conservatives" applaud having the travel banned reinstated, is beyond me. As an American, I should be free to travel where ever and when ever I please. The rest of the world does business with Cuba. This only punishes us. 50 years of isolation hasn't changed Cuba. It's stupid to continue the same policy and expect a different result.

Let's see, we care about Cuba because they... well we get... hmm... I get Cuban Delights from the cigar shop locally, but they don't really come from Cuba... really as long as we keep getting good baseball players I'm good.

As least his message is loud and clear. I mean he could have said "we welcome all cuban immigrants that touch our shores" and then a few months later say "well....I changed my mind about that".

Barack Obama has always been a slimy anti American communist. That so many people deny this obvious fact is amazing. They are like holocaust deniers or Flat Earthers.
