If every employer required viewing the HS and college graduation videos before making an offer, this problem would go away

A lot of Universities don't give out the real diplomas on graduation day. Just pseudo diplomas. Get the real ones later

Columbia also uses CoCredential. The electronic certification will still exist

"Free speech"? So simple sounding, but nowhere close to the reality of what their "free speech" encompassed. I could care less what rich kids, of any genre , do with their lives, they are the product of their Mommies & Daddys & their money.. But don't proclaim them as patriots, heroes simply expressing their rights of free speech. Mite want to talk to the numerous school & police officials who were hospitalized for their opinions of these ....kids.

After hearing that ~27% of Harvard is Ex-US, paying over 400M, it seems that US colleges and Universities that receive federal dollars should have a cap on the % of foreign students, like 5-10%, that can be enrolled.
US taxpayers are supporting these institutions. Their children should not lose out on access

Did a potential employer seriously ask to see your diploma? No job I’ve ever had has asked to do that. I’m not even sure if I know where any of my diplomas are.
