Exactly, and from the legal standpoint he will not be found guilty.
Just reporting the facts(protected) not insurrection and this was a political diversion from whatever the day before.

I’m more qualified than Dershowitz to opine. Given rampant jury nullification against anything remotely related to MAGA or conservatism, and the outright corruption and bias of the judiciary branch, Lemon will never be convicted. FACT.
That is my legal analysis and opinion. It trumps Dershowitz and everyone else.

Don got involved with interfering and disrupting the religious services. He wrongly cited 1st amendment protections when the law he broke identifies what he did as violating one of the limitations on free speech. That law forbids the same thing on the opposite side of the political spectrum - religious services known as abortions. Disrupting an active abortion is also not protected speech.
