We want to actually be able to retire in a few years.

It’s still the economy stupid.

Bad news for democrats if the young people are already conservative..

Gen X is not young. 40s to early 50s. We do make more money than any other group right now.

Gen X kids/young adults had first hand experiences with the disaster that was Jimmy Carter - that's why they voted for Trump - in 2016 - 2020 - and 2024 -

they all remember the shite water known as Billy Beer - too -

Gen X was born from 1965-1980. Demographics are wrong but not the results.

well, the entirety of GenX (minus people born in Nov. or Dec. of ‘80) falls in the 44-64 age range
yes, this age grouping does include the youngest Boomers as well.

Late 70s GenXer. We were kids in the 80s and teens in the 90s. It was awesome, the economy was awesome, and we want the same thing for our young children.

Good job Gen X'ers.

We Millenials will come around. Some of the leading voices on Social are Millenials....I want to say give it time for the others to come around....but sometimes you cant fix stupid.

I am solidly in the middle of the Millenial generation, when I was in high school I worked a job were my boss listened to W&J and then Rush. I was based since 2004-2005. My generation has gone through 2008, Covid, and has participated in GWOT, myself included.

I have an unhealthy disdain for the Baby Boomers. But never looked down upon Gen X because I feel that their music and art shaped me in the 90's. As much as we have suffered through, Gen X really bore the brunt of all that shite I was experiencing when I was in my late teens and early 20's. No excuse for anyone in our generation to live through what the Neo-Cons and the Left has put us through and feel like they can lead us in the right direction!

IDK what Trump and his coalition can achieve in the next 4 years, but I really have faith that having a Right leaning voice that reaches to the center and brings over the JFK Demo types will lead us and continue on in the future!!!!

2 boys, 1 girl.
Very proud of them for coming out of college seemingly unscathed.

I remember when Carter was running in 1976 and I was 7 years old. My grandad was fired up for Carter. He was of course a lifelong Southern democrat, part of that solid wall in the south since Reconstruction. Well, after 4 years of Carter's stagflation shite and general weak, uninspiring leadership at a time of economic and international crisis, my grandad voted for Reagan in 1980. First time in his life he went Republican and never looked back.

I’m not quite old enough to have voted for him but I do remember the 80s and I absolutely miss those times and how things were.

That is fine but Gen X were the parents that raised millennials and Gen Z and did a terrible job at it.
