You could have just said mentally ill white women. It means the same thing.
The problem is that competent, otherwise conservative women are falling into these traps because of these influencers. My wife has been recommending "Toxic Empathy" by Allie Beth Stuckey to a lot of her friends.
My guess is that these influencers are being paid to spread liberal messaging. Its effective.

I’m embarrassed for her.
People dancing while lecturing you on what “correct” political positions you are supposed to have is so fricking cringey

So, feminist are calling for the dismissal of high ranking women in the government.
I never thought I'd see the day.

Example of white liberal feminist ruining America on Instagram:
This is Erin Conway of Kismet House, who has nearly 700k followers. I followed her, like many others, for home design content.
Now I am watching her and other influencers suddenly turn their pages into anti-ICE content… and it is wild!
Her instagram
quote:
X/Twitter
quote:
116.2K Followers
Also, based on looking at her X/Twitter feed, she should be careful trying to use this as an insult
quote:
Driven by misguided emotion and zero intellect.
Example:
Loading Twitter/X Embed...
If tweet fails to load, click here. The interior design lady clearly doesn't have a monopoly on shitty, unintelligent rhetoric based only on emotion.

The question is are they doing that organically or is this being funded (my bet) and if so where is the funding coming from?
The example being called out is an Instagram page with 700k followers
Why would you think there is some secret funding behind the content creator having uniformed/NPC political takes?

Again, I'm not the target audience. But this is one single interior design account with 700k followers. If a woman follows a few things in her interest collection, she's getting hit with several anti-ICE messages.
That's how the marketplace of ideas works in a free society.
I don't get the outrage.

Social media is the root of all modern evil. There is literally nothing redeeming about it. People survived for thousands of years walking next door and talking to their neighbors instead of posting every move and thought that comes to their head online.

Seeing the interior design of her own home makes me wonder why the hell she has 700K followers. Very basic.

This mirrors what the U.S. did to destabilize Cuba with that fake Twitter clone. Get everybody signed up to follow someone for baseball news or home design content then slowly inject political content.

The muted outrage is also part of the marketplace of ideas isn't it?
A free society has both positive and negative outcomes.
What is not to get?

White woman’s instagram (Bo burnam)
White women have been like this the last decade. I view it as a mood shift, as the MAHA types leaned towards Trump and now there’s a reversion to the mean.

this woman has a huge following for her interior design content
1. Women body shaming other women now is okay? Ozempic has changed so many rules that were chiseled in stone just 5 years ago.
2. She's an "influencer" and an "interior decorator". She is not in direct competition for work with anyone that ICE would be targeting.
3. Her lack of empathy is disturbing. It doesn't directly affect her, so all she wants to do is dance.

Yes you do. You just like to pretend that you don't. But you do.

He's focused on popular content creators promoting popular content as if this is some bad thing.
He'd have been much more efficient saying "I don't agree with interior design NPC" instead. Otherwise it comes off as jealously like the lady he posts in OP.
That's not a good look and does nothing to combat the interior design NPC lady's message.
I'm not saying he's not allowed to make a bad point, only pointing out that it's bad.

Every female from age 8 to 18 would do good with a couple of years of tutelage under Julia Sugarbaker for all manner of reasons.

It's irrational to a point I can't directly understand.
Also, if the issue is jealousy of reach, marginalizing yourself in bad content/rhetoric isn't going to help (more of a general comment and not about this particular thread). I try to explain this on here all the time when people promote ideas that marginalize their group or do it in a way that will marginalize their message.
The typical reaction is either a form of NPC/in-group defense or calling the organic popularity of the out-group fake (THAT you do see ITT)
It's this weird thing as if it's incomprehensible for people hold different views/values.

A woman in my kid's class has gone full blown all in on this phenomenon, but has been at it for some time now. She's up to 166k folowers on instagram.
Maybe I'm jealous. I'm not sure.

I think he gets that it's as simple as people not liking when people disagree with them
I think it's silly of businesses to throw their opinions into the ring of politics whether or not I agree with them. You're definitely going to alienate some customers with any political opinion.
Just a few years ago there was a company that got all sorts of hate from conservatives because they stopped donating to the NRA. Had they never donated to them in the first place it wouldn't have been an issue. And it's not like they then started donating to opposing viewpoints. They merely stopped donating to the IRA. (can't remember who the company is, but I'm sure someone here recalls)
