So, when someone gives money to a homeless guy on the street, is there a program for that?


I mean, come on. These people that wait tables and make squat per hour and live on tips aren’t necessarily going to make or break the federal government or make us insolvent, but the real truth is, the Feds who spend more than they take in and incur 30 some odd trillion dollars in debt will. Is there anything we can do about that?
