These videos that are like "They won't let us in, it must be a fake daycare!" are pretty silly. No real daycare would allow in random people off the street. If there are no kids there, why wouldn't the place just be empty?

It's called GRIFTING. The appearance of working at a day care center while the place is itself just a front for illegally moving money from the gov to criminals.
Before the reveal, no one would dare give the place a 2nd look. They're hiding in plain sight, and in 6 months, they'll all be gone and there'll be a whole different line of " businesses " popping up unless the fraud pipeline is shut of - permanently.

The front doors are always locked which is high suspicious for a legitimate business and a major fire code violation for a supposed day care.
