Given that it is hard to get someone to say where you were not, but it is a touch easier to get someone to corroborate that you were somewhere damn near 4 decades ago.

Oh you’re so right. A calendar with meticulous dates, events, schedules doesn’t provide any sort of evidence as to his whereabouts and activities 35 years ago.

She isn’t showing up, and they all know that.
Good move releasing the calendars. Now when she doesn’t show tomorrow it makes it look like they called her bluff by having evidence that the party never occurred.

I'm not an attorney but IMHO yes. I would have let everyone know I had a calendar and then produced it at the "hearing". I would have played it close to the vest and delivered the knock out in front of the world.
