Well he’s a dumb-A if he said that and you will be better served with another doctor.

True story.
Often a sign of deception when somebody says this.

That is the most UN-true statement imaginable. You getting a single vaccine does not have any effect on your doctor’s bottom line.

While that may be correct, there may be overall metrics that programs like MEDICARE have. Like, doctors should have at least an 80% vaccination rate for their patients, or something along those lines.

I am a very strong supporter of the Pneumococcal vaccine.
I’ve got no problem with anyone who gets or wants a vaccine. My mom was a RN, so I had every conceivable vaccine as a kid. I have a problem when someone wants to force me to take one. I trusted most vaccines until a man named Fauci appeared.

Ok then , so my Dr was a liar?

Vaccines don't grant an extra augmented layer of immunity, they stimulate/exercise your existing immune system to fight. Your doctor was misleading you
So, vaccines don't grant you an extra layer of immunity by granting you an extra layer of immunity by immune system preparedness?

My kids pediatrician- who was a friend of my wife since childhood- fired us over vaccines too
Yall need to get better physicians.
Our pediatrician told us that our daughter is up for vaccines for her next visit. We asked which ones, she gave us the information on which vaccines would be scheduled. My wife asked if our child really needed all of them, and she told us, "she doesn't need x, y, or z, but I would really recommend that she get n". It helps to have a physician who has young kids and isn't a sheep.

He said MEDICARE has benchmarks, one of them is the vaccine.
I don't know of a Part B Medicare pneumovax benchmark penalty.
Now, Medicare absolutely punishes/threatens hospital Part A reimbursement under benchmark premises. E.g., Setting pain satisfaction benchmarks for hospital reimbursement, incenting facilities to push opiates, is how the Obama Admin catalyzed the opiate crisis.

Do you not see how his very specific situation is going to be different than the average person's?

My PCP fired me during the lockdown because I refused the mRNA "vaccine" and mocked the mask mandates, quoting studies published in PDF at NIH, CDC, and NHS.

I'm enrolled in Medicare and Medicaid and have faced no ultimatums whatsoever.

quote:Yep. That was a hell of an awful period all around.
My PCP fired me during the lockdown because I refused the mRNA "vaccine" and mocked the mask mandates, quoting studies published in PDF at NIH, CDC, and NHS.
Amongst other things, PCP's not requiring masks were wide open to enriching lovely MedMal lawyers in the event patients could claim they'd contracted CV19 at the doctors' office.
... and bad behavior extended not just to obnoxious MDs, but also to fed up patients. E.g., CSB: I was visiting a PCP, and a couple of patients were berating the receptionists almost to tears for the office mask policy. I pulled them aside to talk, and suddenly they were all about 6-ft spacing.
Anyway as soon as they came to realization that the poor girls they were giving such a hard time to had nothing to do the office mask policy. They settled down, masked up, and actually apologized to the girls.
That's not to say there was great "science" behind the mask crap. There was some basis, just not to the extent it was enforced. But if I was a PCP, and caught patients castigating my staff as above, I'd probably fire those patients.

I don't believe you.
I have never had any doctor discuss how much they were, or were not, making off of me, and then use that to make healthcare decisions.
IF this is true, consider yourself lucky.
You should've fired him first.

Your story is the perfect example of the positive uses of a vaccine.
Targeted use of the pneumococcal vaccine sounds like a great idea.
