That’s what it sounds like. They were arresting someone (possibly an illegal) and during the struggle he got his gun and then an officer shot him

Wut? Guy was VERY clearly resisting arrest. If he grabbed an officers gun or his own gun it’s absolutely a very clear legal shoot.

We know that he had a gun. If he was reaching for it, then no more questions are needed. Wiith all those officers around him, we should get plenty of body cam footage.
I really hope this is an obvious clean shoot. This will not be good if it’s even questionable. That is exactly what the Left wants.

We need to see the video from that woman in pink standing on the opposite side filming. Can’t see shite from this angle so it’s impossible to know what happened, other than this guy was very clearly fighting the ice agents.
