Wait until the media gets some of the VA baws that this ICU nurse has helped save on camera early next week.
You called it, mate. These videos and testimonials (already starting to roll in) about the victim will be devastating to ICE narrative.
The strategy and execution of ICE has been horrendous even though I support their goals and want these illegals OUT of our country.

Is that called dry firing?
No. Dry firing happens with no bullet in the chamber.

Does that happen with the safety on?

There's an easy fix for this.
Don't tap dance on the god damn line thats separating a good vs bad police shoot.
Holy shite, its so obvious but no one on the left seems to be able to understand it.
Not tap dancing on the line of a good/bad shoot seems like advice for the LEO exclusively.
Other than having a holstered weapon that it seems never came close to being in his hands (to be used as a threat), this guy in no way pushed towards the line of justifying the use of deadly force.

Why is the assumption every single agent saw the activist get disarmed?
I don’t think that every agent saw him get disarmed. But I do know he was disarmed. I do know he pushed an officer and then held his hands up. He got pepper sprayed. He went to assist the other person. They dragged him off and pounced on him. That is probably when they saw or felt his legally concealed and carried weapon.

I found it.
Look up JessTok3 on TikTok. You can see the officer who pulled his own gun and you can see his hand recoil on the first shot.

Because there's no problem with morons obstructing law enforcement in doing their work? You sound like Tim Walz.

Yes. This is the address where this incident happened. Ironic that, at this seemingly random address, there is a front for fraud.
Seems we won’t be able to throw a rock in Minneapolis without hitting a building that is being used for fraud.

You need to spend less time on Twitter. I can smell the brain rot from here.

You think its normal/safe behavior to be a conceal carrier, go to a protest intending to agitate and get physical with police, all the while not telling them youre armed/not complying when things physical?
Are you retarded?

So you are agreeing the officer was poorly trained for the job as well as being trigger happy.
No. Let me be clear for those educated by Somali Learing Centers... I think the nurse was LARPing as a WW2 soldier resisting the Nazis and made a series of very bad decisions, like Good, and the circumstance turned deadly.
When you have thousands of agitators fricking with ICE day in and day out, even a .01% chance outcome becomes an inevitably after a few weeks.

I think the issue is he resisted arrest, the officers knew he was armed, or at least suspected it since one of the ICE agents was shouting he has a gun, and at some point he does reach back behind himself at his waistband.
I personally think he probably felt the gun get tugged on and is checking to see if its still there (not to actually draw it) but reaching like that has gotten dozens of people killed over the last few years.
This is where my tap dancing on the line comment came from. All of this is easily avoidable.

Yeah I'm not sure why people thought the nurses pistol misfired, there was no visual or audio suggesting thats the case.
All the shots fired came from the agents.

He only posts when it goes against some conventional board wisdom. So he will agree with this post and make some passive aggressive comment to provoke his endorphins in order to get the same effect he gets otherwise.

Pretty big talk from a PCA. Now, put down your phone. The patient in 216 is ready for his bed bath.
And Data Republican is spot on with her stuff. If only the legacy media reported the news…

But damn, can you imagine a P320 dry firing again being what gets an officer acquitted? Gun forums would go nuts
I was thinking the same thing. This may be the most apparent case of it actually happening (certainly the most public), which I don’t think many realize the significance of.
Sig is sweating this one right now.

"That footage is rough to watch. If things escalate and you're caught in the crossfire or facing property damage, you're going to want to know your legal standing regarding police or state liability.
Once it gets messy during civil unrest, the legal lines for recovery become very blurred. It is worth checking [link=(here)]https://www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/when-can-you-file-a-lawsuit-for-an-act-8807744/[/link] to see when you can file a lawsuit for an act of violence and if you'd even have a case against the city or the agency involved."
