Based on what I have SEEN, I don't think that the women were interfering with the ICE agents in performance of their lawful duties.
All I have seen is them be obnoxious bitches to agents who were just trying to do their job. What mission were the agents on? Were they prevented from executing a warrant?
From what I see in the video, Good isn't blocking the road. People are passing without any difficulty.

She was recklessly operating a vehicle in close proximity to a lot of people a couple of which were LEOs telling her not to drive away. I don’t really know if she was trying to hit him or avoid him or expect him to jump out of the way. But I also think it’s pretty reasonable that the LEO thought she was trying to run him over or at a minimum trying to use the vehicle to ram into someone/something. Given her demeanor, it appears she thought LEOs would simply stand down and let her go.

Completely irrelevant. If the officer reasonably believed his or anyone else’s life was in danger or his or anyone else was in imminent danger of being hurt, the shoot was justified. You admitted that standard was met when you said:
