I think it should be a tiered, percentage based system where some votes count more than others and people with more contributions to society are rewarded with more representation. The problem with making this change is that it would inevitably be manipulated into favoring the mob once again

It's pretty clear that universal suffrage will lead to a system that consumes itself.

Only landowners should vote for property tax elections.
If you are on non-disaster government assistance YOU HAVENT PAID FOR (Medicaid, Section 8, Welfare [as opposed to VA, SS and Medicare]), you don't vote.

We've turned the military into a great wealth redistribution machine. It costs tax payers nearly $1 trillion a year (the military has admitted to losing $6 trillion). They join at 18 we pay them for the rest of their lives. Most,almost all lie and get disability. I've been involved with ft Benning for 20 years. The military is the biggest financial scam we have. We need to get back to our pre ww2 standing military
