Libs have been crying for some time that milk is a white cultural norm since dairy farming began in Europe and Europeans have largely developed lactase persistence. Something like 90% of whites are lactose tolerant.
Other races usually don't have as much lactase persistence. About 90% of Asian people are lactase intolerant. Blacks have more tolerance since they did have dairy farming (in some areas) for thousands of years. About 50% of Latinos are lactose tolerant.
While all this is true, she fails to prove that it's "racist" to give kids milk.
