There’s no evidence presented in the letter that he lied, misrepresented, or failed to disclose anything in his application.
Yet proving that is what is required to revoke citizenship. The letter calls for an investigation. Again. Revoking a citizens status for political speech is not and has not happened.

Agreed. Again. That isn’t what is happening here.

So in 2029, a Dem prez can kick out conservatives?
If they materially lied on their citizenship application, yes. I don’t even know why this is controversial.

This just shouts "scared' to me.
I think enough people will come out to vote against him in the general elections.

What’s to stop them from going further and kicking out natural-born citizens that don’t toe a particular political ideology?

Yes, please.

The long-standing legal standard and requirements. It is clear political differences is not a revocable issue. Lying in your application, however. Again, I don’t know why this is controversial.

Mamdani got around 120k more votes in the Democratic primary than the previous GOP nominee got in the general election

Return in a few years and watch the collateral damage that this clown of a mayor does to families and children in NYC.

Nah. Let him destroy NYC. I don’t care it’s what they want so let them live with the consequences

No, just build a wall around the place

Dems can’t complain.
Obama won his first election in the Illinois Senate by getting his opponent removed from the election.

Yes, but Adams is running as an Independent.
And there's a strong sentiment in NYC on stopping this guy.

Trying to take him off the ballot is a bad precedent, unless it can be conclusively proven that he lied on his forms or something like that.
Like it or not, it's up to NYC to vote him down. It's their city... their business.
But I tell you what... this guy smells like long-term trouble. I remember Obama with the same smell around the year 2000. He spoke at the DNC and I thought... this guy is going to be a problem for a long time. I get the same feeling again here.
