Stop giving food stamps for crap food. Make it to where candy and sugary foods are not covered because then thermic claims are rolled over into health care for diabetes etc etc

Some people are too fat to workout. I get what you mean because you gotta start a lifestyle change if you want to lose weight or be healthier in general.

It's not the food mostly. It's the fact that everyone eats way too much.

Eating used to be for survival but now it's just another activity. Most people just graze. It takes year to become a fatty but eventually happens and you're so wired to it that you can't stop. The activity just becomes a hard-wired habit. Ozempic could help with that but you'll need more than Ozempic.

People will still be able to make shitty choices even if you "fix" our food. And they'll still be fat.

What needs to stop is the subsidization of the sugar industry for starters and the use of ingredients that while it increases shelf life are dangerous as it compounds over time in your body.

There is a cost free method for solving obesity. It worked extremely well back in the 50s and 60s. It was called 'peer pressure.' If you were a fat kid your classmates called you 'fatty', 'pig', etc. Obesity became extremely rare.

That’s just stupid. It’s not even a safe drug and should be limited to those with diabetes like it was originally approved for.

If RFK really is trying to clean up the Pharma industry, this is the opposite of that.

Ozempic has been involved in killing numerous people, but since it’s not a vaccine, y’all are okay with that?

Whoah….why should my premiums go up to subsidize people that can’t control their diet?

Why should my go up for smokers? Or alcohol drinkers? Or reckless drivers? Or people who work dangerous jobs? Or people who go to the beach and get skin cancer?

It’s both. Yes, many people eat too much and super-sized fast food combos are a factor, but the fact that food is garbage and soft drinks are basically candy is a major factor also.

They're not mutually exclusive.

It’s a process. Get people losing weight, while making food healthier. Food in Europe doesn’t contain much of the crap ours does.

Get people to lose weight and get healthy, health care costs drop.
