Why would you say something like that from "Charlie's Voice Rising" based in Eastern Europe

I can not find any evidence of any such lawsuit and concession.
Does OP have a link to something real?
It is real but it is over a year old. Here is RFK junior speaking about it and even talks about the lawsuit:

Herd immunity only matters if they are not effective. If they are not effective, how is herd immunity going to happen?

There’s also absolutely no evidence that RFK Junior sued Anthony Fauci.
I think it’s more telling that Fauci hasn’t sued over RFKjr’s book, don’t you?

I don’t know what was said in the book specifically. I have no interest in RFK’s fake news.

Couldn’t spare 2 minutes to listen to RFK, huh? He discussed the lawsuit, how Fauci’s team admitted it. He posted the letter on his website. It’s all in the video.

Keep broadening that spectrum and everyone is going to wind up autistic.
Some of it accounts for this. Some of it is women(geriatric pregnancy) waiting a long time to have children. A lot of the increase has been a mystery and unexplained. Vaccines are a logical theory. We definitely should be researching this.

Is there evidence of a lawsuit other than what he said? I listened. I take whatever he says, especially regarding vaccines with extra large rock salt.

Unless something verifiable is found, this is likely another example of right wingers lying to each other. Why do yall do this every day?

It’s been researched countless times. This all started a couple of decades ago when an investigator/author reported a strong association between vaccines and autism. It was later found that he faked his data. He was censored and his study was retracted. It has been studied many times over since then. No association. The very small handful that have shown an association since then have all been debunked with more rigorous controls.

There’s a lot we don’t know about autism. But the increase in diagnosis have been explained. There really hasn’t been an increase in children with symptoms. There’s just been an increase in children (and adults) who are diagnosed.
The reasons for the increase are as follows:
Widening of the criteria with each subsequent DSM.
Other disorders, such as Asperger’s, , childhood disintegrative disorder, and pervasive developmental disorder now fall under the umbrella of autism spectrum disorder.
It carries much less of a stigma now. Thus more people are seeking a diagnosis.
30 years ago routine autism screenings were not part of early childhood visits to pediatricians. They now are basically required.
There’s been a lot more education, not only of the public, but teachers, and other healthcare professionals to identify signs of autism and refer for screenings and evaluation.
30+ years ago, those on the moderate to severe end would not even attend school. Now accommodations and IEP’s or mandated. Most attend school.

So you're saying RFK jr publicly lied in that speech that is linked?

The book is mostly citing scientific studies.

RFK,Jr.in his book THE REAL ANTHONY FAUCI made some serious allegations about Fauci.
Seems to me that if the allegations against Fauci were not true he would have grounds for a lawsuit.
Why hasn’t Fauci sued him?
Something tells me Fauci doesn’t want to go there.
I hate Fauci as much as anyone, and believe he is a horrible person, but the standard for defamation for a public figure is extremely high. It's why tabloids and the such can get away with so much.

I have friends with several doctors in their family. Their Dad is a retired doctor. Their cousin, son of his Dad's liberal sister, is a doctor and married to a doctor--both liberal, of course. The cousin's wife, the doctor, just had a baby and she and her husband won't let my friend or his family around to visit and see the baby because my friend and his wife, their Dad, mother, and others on their (conservative) side of the family, refused to give their kids a bunch of these unnecessary vaccines. She claims she's worried about her baby being around unvaccinated people. But of course it's really just TDS and Masked COVIDian Vax Nazi BS.
Liberals are mentally ill.

My guess is that every post calling for “sources” and panning the tweet didn’t bother to listen to the video clip. They probably didn’t bother to read it either.

He is not one who demonstrates any reliable connection to the truth when he speaks.

RFK Jr and his nonprofit sued the Biden administration naming Fauci is a co-defendant. But I can't find where Fauci admitted there were no safety checks on the vaccines.
Did you check the website RFK Jr referred to when he said the letter was posted there? It’s in the clip in the OP.
