Yes. Your argument of "but ... seriously?" isn't a point, just supposition that you believe Thomas was nominated only because he was black. There's a vast difference between presenting a guess as being true and something supported by fact.

Why is this an issue? Every state requires a physical examination by a dr to participate in athletics. If Dr. finds Penis check Boy's only. A vagina check girl's team. It doesn't matter if they identify as a arrdvark and taking estrogen by the ton, those are the only two choices.
